Complete the drop down items with the Brand/Model and what service you need. General information will work, tech will call to get more details. Be sure you have an accurate phone number and email address on the transaction/deposit.
Things we need with your machine:
Basic machine with basic foot; Bobbin and bobbincase should be included; if older machine, we will need the foot control and possibly the power cord; for new Brother, Viking and Pfaff, we have power cords and foot controls. If you are having a specific problem and it includes using a specialty foot or type item, include it.
If Embroidery machine, include the embroidery unit with a hoop. If embroidery problems, samples are a big help.
For large Embroidery machines and longarm quilting machines - i.e. 10, 6, Persona units and Handiquilters, we will need you to bring someone to help unload it onto a cart. I need employees to keep distance from people. Apparently it can be a liability issue according to insurance company.
We DO NOT need all your accessories, thread, cases, luggage, etc. There is just no room in service bay to keep track of these items.
